RESOLUTION NO 9769 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZE A RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR THE <br />RECREATION COORDINATOR POSITION <br />WHEREAS, Recreation Coordinator Angie Gornik has resigned from the full-time <br />position at the Parks and Recreation Department effective June 30, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Gornik has offered to continue working with the City in the same <br />position while traveling to her next employment opportunity through July 7, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff would like to begin the process of advertising for a full-time <br />Recreation Coordinator position using the City's 2023 Hourly Pay Plan: <br />2023 Recreation Coordinator Hourly PayPlan <br />Step 1 <br />Step 1.5 <br />Step 2 <br />Step 3 <br />Step 4 <br />Ste 5 <br />$27.61 <br />$28.47 <br />$29.33 <br />$31.06 <br />$32.78 <br />$34.51 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />authorizes Staff to complete the following: <br />• Advertise for the upcoming vacancy of the Recreation Coordinator <br />• Allow Ms. Gornik to work remotely through July 7, 2023 <br />ATTEST: <br />Adopted this 12t" day of June, 2023. <br />Gary MtKejilhause, Acting Mayor <br />Brian Be an, Assistant City Administrator <br />
