1. The City hereby approves the bid from Milbank Winwater Works Company of <br />St. Louis Park MN for $1,424,330.50 (schedule A & B ) for the Commercial and <br />Residential Water Meter Replacement Project, City project 2021-004. <br />Resolution 9767 Continued <br />2. Funding will be from the Drinking Water Fund, 700-4823-7030. <br />3. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute all appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by <br />this resolution. <br />4.
