Cool structures must be set back at least 20 feet from all property lines and the applicant's house, <br />2. Coop structures shall only be located in rear yards, <br />3. Backyard areas within which chickens or ducks are allowed to roam shall be fenced to confine the birds to applicant's property (zoning permit <br />required for new fences). <br />Additional Requirements: <br />1. No roosters or drakes allowed, <br />2. No slaughtering or beheading of the birds is permitted, <br />3.
