She was of the opinion higher density does not make sense for her neighborhood and <br />would adversely impact the traffic in her area. She stated homes were never built on this <br />greenspace because it was within a floodplain and wetland. She explained in 2020 Ardan Park was <br />shown as a park and wetland that was being considered for park and single family homes. She <br />recommended this land remain as is given the difficult soils and previous vision for this area. She <br />encouraged the Council to limit the harm they were going to do to this area of Mounds View. <br />11.
