Ms. Gornik has been employed by the City since <br />September 29, 2022. Attached is Resolution 9777, authorizing separation compensation to Ms. Gornik <br />in accordance with the City's Personnel Manual. <br />Discussion <br />Section 5.03 of the City of Mounds View Personnel Manual states employees leaving in good standing <br />will receive a lump -sum compensation for all accrued vacation and compensation time; employees with <br />less than two (2) full years of service are not eligible for payout of Sick Leave hours.
