Mounds View Boulevard Design Themes <br />August 1, 2023 <br />Page 6 <br />Attachment A — Work Program <br />The work program includes tasks to update the 1998 Design Study for Mounds View <br />Boulevard (Highway 10). The study will include a new or updated vision for the corridor, <br />design themes, and cost estimates for projects. HKGi will provide the following scope of <br />services related to this update: <br />a) Hold up to three (3) virtual meetings with City Staff to discuss what has been <br />accomplished along the corridor, confirm study goals, identify new projects and <br />priorities, and review draft materials. <br />b) Prepare for and attend one (1) work session with City Council and/or Planning <br />Commission. <br />c) Prepare for and attend one (1) community event. <br />d) Prepare for and attend two (2) stakeholder meetings. <br />e) Review and update the study's project list and associated cost estimates. <br />f) Identify low-cost projects or alternative design solutions that help implement the <br />corridor's vision. <br />g) Identify a phased approach for project implementation. Projects will be organized <br />by priority and into three -time horizons (e.g., short-, mid, and long-term). <br />h) Align proposed projects with innovative funding sources and grant funding <br />opportunities. <br />i) Present draft recommendations to City Council. <br />j) Package study updates into a new PDF document. <br />
