Call to Order <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair Rundle at 6:39 p.m. for December 7, 2022. <br />______________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />2. Roll Call <br /> <br />Members Present: Commissioners Curtis, Farmer, Munson, Nelson, and Rundle. <br /> <br />Absent and Excused: Commissioner French, and Stevenson. <br /> <br />Also Present: Community Development Director Jon Sevald, and Council Member Gary <br />Meehlhause. <br /> <br /> <br />Index to Minutes Page <br /> <br />Resolution 1156-22, Adopting the 2023 Regular Meeting Schedule for <br />The Mounds View Planning and Zoning Commission 1 <br /> <br />Recommend to the City Council that Gary Rundle be appointed as Chair <br />of the Planning and Zoning Commission for 2023, and appoint Dennis <br />Farmer as Vice-Chair for 2023. 2 <br /> <br />3. Special Order of Business <br /> <br />A. Resolution 1156-22, Adopting the 2023 Planning and Zoning Commission Regular <br />Meeting schedule. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission’s Bylaws require that the Commission conduct meetings on the <br />first and third Wednesdays of the month. The Bylaws also require the Commission to adopt a meeting <br />schedule at its December meeting. Community Development Director Sevald stated that the only choice <br />the Commissioners have is to move a date if a meeting falls on a Holiday, and meeting start time, which <br />is currently 6:30 pm. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Commissioner Nelson/Commissioner Curtis. To Approve Resolution 1156-22, <br />Adopting the 2023 Planning and Zoning Commission Regular Meeting schedule, and keep the 6:30 p.m. <br />start time. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote:
