EDA BUSINESS 38 <br /> 39 <br />A. Resolution 23-EDA-364, Amending the New Business Forgivable Loan 40 <br />Program. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Assistant City Administrator Beeman requested the EDA amend the New Business Forgivable 43 <br />Loan Program. He explained a local business recently applied to the City’s current forgivable loan 44 <br />program and were not meeting one of the criteria. Staff reviewed the proposed amendments within 45 <br />the loan program and recommended approval. 46
