To Adjourn the Special EDA Meeting to a Closed 17 <br />Session. 18 <br /> 19 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Vice President Cermak reconvened the Special EDA meeting at 9:50 p.m. 22 <br /> 23 <br />B.
