MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 286-90 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION (APPROVING/DENYING) CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST <br />BY STEVEN MELBY FOR A SECOND GARAGE AT 8419 SPRING LAKE ROAD, <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 290-90 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />request by Mr. Steven Melby for a conditional use permit to <br />allow a second garage on the property located at 8419 Spring <br />Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission understands that the <br />second garage is currently existing on the lot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Code allows a second <br />accessory building by conditional use permit provided that the <br />total square footage of all accessory buildings does not <br />exceed 1,264 square feet; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />conditions allowing second accessory buildings on lots; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br />the garage meets the minimum setback requirements and the <br />maximum square footage allowed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning <br />Commission recommends to the City Council (approval/denial) of <br />the requested conditional use permit contingent upon the <br />following: <br />a. That the conditional use permit is recorded with <br />Ramsey County. <br />b. That the applicant understands that no other <br />accessory building will be allowed on this <br />property. <br />
