Item 05B <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />Financial Impact: <br />None <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval. <br />The Ordinance Amendment includes additional minor changes; <br />• Outside of election season, there can be any number of non-commercial signs as long <br />as they do not exceed a combined 9 sq ft, whereas the current code allows "one" sign <br />totaling 9 sq ft. <br />• Prohibits Wall Signs in the CRP zoning district, which includes undeveloped county and <br />city parkland. <br />The Sign Code was previously discussed by the Planning Commission in 2021.
