Mounds View Planning Commission <br />Regular Meeting <br />C. Council Updates <br />May 3, 2023 <br />Page 6 <br />Council Member Meehlhause provided the Planning Commission with an update from the City <br />Council. He stated the Council held a worksession on Monday night where the group received a <br />presentation from Pulte Homes and Yard Homes. He explained the Council reviewed the five <br />year financial plan, along with the five year CIP. He updated the Council on the Community <br />Center expansion and the potential local sales tax request. He reported the Council would be <br />holding information meetings regarding organized trash collection on May 31. He noted the 2022 <br />Citizen and Coaches of the Year would be recognized at the May 8 City Council meeting. <br />D. Planning Commissioner Reports <br />None. <br />9.
