RESOLUTION NO. 9813 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE PROMOTION OF JEREMY HELLPAP TO THE <br />POSITION OF DEPUTY POLICE CHIEF <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a promotion to fill the vacancy of <br />Deputy Police Chief in the Police Department, and the City of Mounds View has approved <br />the procedures to fill these vacancies, and; <br />WHEREAS, the approved hiring procedures consist of training and experience <br />scoring, oral board interview, a psychological and leadership assessment, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Chief of Police recommends that Mr. Hellpap be appointed to the <br />position of Deputy Police Chief. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota does hereby appoint Jeremy Hellpap to the <br />position of Deputy Police Chief effective October 9, 2023 at Step 2 of the 2023 pay plan <br />($51.65/hour) and subject to six month probationary period.
