To Approve the Monday, September 25, 2023, agenda as <br />amended. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Public Works Quarterly Report <br /> <br />Public Works/Parks and Recreation Director Peterson provided the Council with a quarterly report <br />from the Public Works Department. He commented on the amount of water the City pumped and
