CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mounds View City Council <br />will hold a public hearing on Monday, Oct. 9, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the <br />Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Mounds View Boulevard, Mounds View, <br />Minnesota, 55112 to consider a request from Apple Tree Dental for <br />approval of an amendment to the O'Neill Property Planned Unit <br />Development to construct an additional parking lot on the property. <br />The subject property is located at 2442 Mounds View Blvd. The <br />property is legally known as: <br />Lot 1, Block 2, Anthony Properties Addition <br />PIN 083023230007 <br />Anyone wanting to speak about this matter may be heard at this <br />meeting.
