RESOLUTION NO. 9815 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ALEXANDER GARDENS PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />AT 8441 FAIRCHILD AVENUE AND 8492 LONG LAKE ROAD; <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. MA2023-001 <br />WHEREAS, Dale F. and Gayle L. Alexander own the single family lot at 8441 <br />Fairchild Avenue in Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, Todd A. and Laurie Ann Wilcox own the single family lot at 8492 <br />Long Lake Road in Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, the above properties are legally described as: <br />The Easterly 75.72 feet of the West 264.04 feet of the NE'/ of Section 6, <br />Township 30, Range 23, excepting therefrom the South 2835 feet, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota; <br />PIN 063023120009; and <br />Lot 6, Block 1, Cedar Bay Estates; <br />PIN 063023120001 <br />WHEREAS, the Alexanders have purchased a portion of the rear of the Wilcox <br />lot and have applied for a preliminary plat to be called Alexander Gardens to adjust the <br />common lot lines of the two properties; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed this request and other pertinent <br />information. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />makes the following finding of fact related to this request: <br />1. The request involves a lot line adjustment between two existing lots of record, the <br />properties at 8441 Fairchild Avenue and 8492 Long Lake Road. No new lots are <br />being created. <br />
