Alexander is purchasing a portion of the rear of the Wilcox lot. <br />Discussion: <br />The Alexanders' request for preliminary plat was heard by the Planning Commission at their <br />October 18, 2023 meeting where the Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of <br />the Alexander Gardens preliminary plat.
