Resolution 9814, Electing to Retain the Statutory Tort Limit on Liability for <br />the 2024 Insurance Policies. <br />D. Resolution 9818, Approving the Hire of Martin Menard to the Position of <br />Facilities Maintenance. <br />E. Resolution 9819, Approving Additional Job Duties and an increase in <br />Wage/Vacation Accrual for Brian Beeman. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Lindstrom.
