RESOLUTION 9840 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING AN OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR <br />JUAN M. GARIBAY-RODRIGUES, SAVILO LIQUOR STORE, <br />FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2345 COUNTY ROAD H2 <br />WHEREAS, Juan M. Garibay-Rodrigues, has made application to the City of Mounds <br />View for an off -sale intoxicating liquorfor 2345 County Road H2, dba Savilo Liquor Store; and <br />WHEREAS, all new liquor license applications must be approved by the City Council; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, all necessary application materials and fees have been submitted to the <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, property taxes and water/sewer charges are current; and <br />WHEREAS, the licensee shall abide by the provisions set forth in Chapter 110 of the <br />Mounds View Code entitled, Alcoholic Beverages; and <br />WHEREAS, violation of any provision or condition of Chapter 110 or any state law <br />regulating off -sale intoxicating liquor may be cause for suspension or revocation per Chapter <br />110.055 of the Mounds View City Code entitled, "Suspension or Revocation of License"; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an off -sale intoxicating liquor license for Juan M.
