RESOLUTION NO. 9847 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMEND RESOLUTION 9613 TO ADD CUSTODIAN <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has a Personnel Manual; and <br />WHEREAS, this resolution amends Section 2.03 Holidays, Section 2.04 Sick Leave, <br />and Section 2.05 Vacation; and <br />WHEREAS, these revisions will affect the following part-time staff members who <br />work 20 — 29 hours per week in the following departments: <br />Parks and Recreation: Senior Program Coordinator, Front Desk Lead, and Custodian <br />Public Works: Office Assistant and Stormwater Assistant <br />Administration: Receptionist (2) and Executive Administrative Assistant <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby amend Resolution 9613 to add Custodian to Section 2.03, Section 2.04 and Section <br />2.05 of the Personnel Manual. <br />Adopted this 11t" day. l ecember, 2023. <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle <br />(SEAL) <br />Lindstrom, <br />, City -Administrator <br />
