MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1161-23 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 1004 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ORDINANCE 1004, <br />AMENDING MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE CHAPTER 160, <br />REGARDING ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS <br /> <br />The City of Mounds View Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Chapter 160 of the Mounds <br />View Municipal Code by adding the underlined material and deleting the stricken material as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />§ 160.012 DEFINITIONS. <br />DWELLING UNIT, ACCESSORY. A dwelling unit that is located on the same lot as a single-family <br />dwelling to which it is accessory to, and is internal or an addition onto the principal dwelling, or <br />detached from the principal dwelling. <br /> <br /> <br />§ 160.088 CONDITIONAL USES. <br />The following are conditional uses in an R-1 District (requiring a conditional use permit based <br />upon procedures set forth in and regulated by §§ 160.450 through 160.452 of this chapter): <br /> <br />(H) Accessory Dwelling Unit (addition or detached) <br /> <br /> Accessory Dwelling Unit (addition)
