The building official shall perform the final inspection and witness the test. The <br />building official shall approve the plumbing system if the system complies with the <br />requirements of this Code, any permit requirements, and the requirements of anyqpproved plans <br />and specification. Plumbing system tests shall comply with Minn. Rules, Chapter 4714. <br />E. Covering of work. No building drainage or plumbing system or part thereof shall be covered <br />until it has been inspected, tested, and approved as herein prescribed. <br />SECTION 2. Pursuant to Minnesota Law, the Mounds View City Charter, and Mounds View City <br />Code, the 2023 fee schedule for City services and licensing is hereby amended after making the <br />specified revisions as shown in Attachment A. <br />SECTION 3. In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City staff shall have the following <br />summary printed in the official City newspaper, as said summary would clearly inform the public of <br />the intent and effect of the ordinance: <br />On October 23, 2023, The Mounds View City Council adopted Ordinance 1010, which creates <br />legislation that governs plumbing permit administration, plan review, and inspections in the City of <br />Mounds View. A full copy of the ordinance is available for public inspection at Mounds View City <br />Hall, 2401 Mounds View Boulevard, Mounds View, MN 55112 in the office of the City <br />Administrator. <br />SECTION 4.
