CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mounds View City Council <br />will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 23, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at <br />the Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Mounds View Boulevard, Mounds <br />View, Minnesota, 55112 to consider a request from Dale and Gayle <br />Alexander for preliminary plat approval of Alexander Gardens, a <br />subdivision involving a lot line adjustment between properties at 8441 <br />Fairchild Avenue and 8492 Long Lake Road. The properties are <br />legally known as: <br />The Easterly 75.72 feet of the West 264.04 feet of the NE'/ <br />of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23, excepting therefrom the <br />South 2835 feet, Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br />PIN 063023120009; and <br />Lot 6, Block 1, Cedar Bay Estates; <br />PIN 063023120001 <br />Anyone wanting to speak about this matter may be heard at this <br />meeting. Information regarding the request is available for <br />review at City Hall.
