PUBLIC COMMENT 39 <br /> 40 <br />Sharon Kirscher, 8406 Red Oak Drive, reminded the Council that as properties develop along 41 <br />Mounds View Boulevard that there is a U-turn at Groveland Road for the apartments near Spring 42 <br />Lake Road. She believed this U-turn was a traffic hazard and asked that the Council address the 43 <br />safety at this intersection. 44 <br /> 45
