Garibay-Rodriguez, Savilo Liquor <br />7 Store, 2345 County Road H2. <br />8 <br />9 Council Member Meehlhause and Mayor Lindstrom welcomed Mr. Garibay-Rodriguez to the <br />10 community. <br />11 <br />12 Ayes — 4 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />13 <br />14 MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Gunn. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 9841, <br />15 Approving a Cigarette/Tobacco License for Juan M. Garibay-Rodriguez, Savilo Liquor Store, <br />16 2345 County Road H2. <br />17 <br />18 Ayes — 4 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />19 <br />20 F. Resolution 9844, Approving 2023-2025 Public Works Collective Bargaining <br />21 Agreement. <br />22 <br />23 City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council approve the 2023 to 2025 Public Works <br />24 Collective Bargaining Agreement. He discussed the changes that were made to the bargaining <br />25 agreement and recommended approval. <br />26 <br />27 Mayor Lindstrom stated he was pleased this agreement was ready for approval and he thanked the <br />28 Public Works Department for working in good faith throughout the negotiations. <br />29 <br />30 MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Cermak. To Waive the Reading and Adopt Resolution 9844, <br />31 Approving 2023-2025 Public Works Collective Bargaining Agreement. <br />32 <br />33 Ayes — 4 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />34 <br />35 G. PUBLIC HEARING: 2024 Tax Levy and Budgets for All Funds. <br />36 1. Resolution 9831, Adopting the 2024 Tax Levy. <br />37 2. Resolution 9832, Approving the 2024 EDA Tax Levy. <br />38 3. Resolution 9833, Adopting 2024 Municipal Budget. <br />39 <br />40 Finance Director Bauman discussed the 2024 tax levy, the 2024 EDA tax levy, and budgets for all <br />41 funds. She explained the proposed tax levy was 6.25% and the City would levy $6,784,768. She <br />42 commented on the EDA portion of the tax levy noting this would remain the same at $100,000. <br />43 She then provided a summary of the municipal budget for all funds. <br />44 <br />45 Council Member Gunn recommended the levy percentage amount be included in the Resolution. <br />46 City Administrator Zikmund reported this could be added to the Resolution by motion. <br />
