RESOLUTION 9858 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MISCELLANOUS DONATIONS FOR 2023 <br />WHEREAS, MN Statute 465.03 requires cities to accept donations by resolution; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City received a cash donation or $10,090 for the promotion of the <br />City from the Twin Cities Gateway Convention Bureau; and <br />WHEREAS, the City received cash donations during 2023 in support of Police <br />Department outreach of $2,575; and <br />WHEREAS, the City received several K9 donations during 2023 totaling $2,200. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />gratefully acknowledges and accepts the miscellaneous donations of $14,865 from <br />several donors for 2023. <br />Adopted this 8t" day of January, 2024 <br />Zach Lindstrom, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
