PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Sharon Kirscher, 8406 Red Oak Drive, reminded the Council that as properties develop along <br />Mounds View Boulevard that there is a U-turn at Groveland Road for the apartments near Spring <br />Lake Road. She believed this U-turn was a traffic hazard and asked that the Council address the <br />safety at this intersection.
