WETLAND DELINEATION REPORT <br /> Silver View Pond Restoration <br /> Results <br /> October 26, 2023 <br /> 3.0 RESULTS <br /> 3.1 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The Project is comprised of Silver View City Park which is comprised of a wetland complex,a paved walking <br /> trail, and a maintained lawn. The Project consists of five separate areas across Silver View City Park. The <br /> Project is relatively flat, sloping towards the wetland complex in the center of the Project,from topographic <br /> highs of approximately 900 feet above mean sea level(amsl)on the northern area of the site to topographic <br /> lows in the southwestern portion of approximately 890 feet amsl. The Project is bordered by apartment <br /> complexes to the north and south; a residential neighborhood to the east; and Long Lake Rd to the west. <br /> Soils present within the Study Area and their hydric status are summarized in Table 1.
