RESOLUTION NO. 9883 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING INCREASE FOR AUDITING SERVICES FOR THE YEARS 2023-2025 <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statue 471.697 requires all cities with a population over 2,500 to <br />have an annual audit and submit an audited financial report to the state auditor office; and <br />WHEREAS, Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich, & Co., P.A. (MMKR) has been <br />engaged by the City to provide auditing services for the years ended December 31, 2021 thru <br />2025; and <br />WHEREAS, the audit services described include the base audit, GASB 34 requirements, <br />and the fraud audit requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, the City is requesting that the preparation of the Annual Comprehensive <br />Financial Report (ACFR) to be included in the annual service. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />does hereby authorize an increase in the 2023 audit contact of $7,500 and an increase of $6,000 <br />in the 2024 and 2025 audit contract for the preparation of the ACFR by MMKR. <br />Passed and adopted this 11 t" day of March, 2024. <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle^m4tfdrChy Administrator <br />(sea!) <br />
