WETLAND DELINEATION REPORT <br />Silver View Pond Restoration <br />Results <br />October 26, 2023 <br />3.0 RESULTS <br />3.1 SITE DESCRIPTION <br />The Project is comprised of Silver View City Park which is comprised of a wetland complex, a paved walking <br />trail, and a maintained lawn. The Project consists of five separate areas across Silver View City Park. The <br />Project is relatively flat, sloping towards the wetland complex in the center of the Project, from topographic <br />highs of approximately 900 feet above mean sea level (amsl) on the northern area of the site to topographic <br />lows in the southwestern portion of approximately 890 feet amsl. The Project is bordered by apartment <br />complexes to the north and south; a residential neighborhood to the east; and Long Lake Rd to the west. <br />Soils present within the Study Area and their hydric status are summarized in Table 1. Wetlands identified <br />during the field investigation are located primarily within areas mapped as hydric or partially hydric soils <br />and wetland indicator soils (Appendix A, Figure 2). <br />Table 1. The feature is identified as a protect wetland. <br />The Minnesota National Wetlands Inventory Update (NWI) map identifies one wetland area within the <br />Project which is central to all five of its sections and one wetland in the center of the west section <br />
