At this time, staff would like to begin an <br />internal recruitment process to fill the vacant sergeant position. <br />Discussion: <br />Staff is requesting to start a five-day internal recruitment process for the Police Sergeant position. <br />This is a Union, Non -Exempt position. If the internal process is unsuccessful, an open recruitment <br />process would immediately follow. Additionally, staff has attached the newly formatted job <br />description.
