AT THE PARK PAVILION <br />A storm water pond analysis has been completed by Stantec Engineering Service for all of the City's ponds <br />and basins. The report includes information for the City with regard to the necessary maintenance <br />timeframes along with a capital improvement plan for the future maintenance needs for all the storm water <br />ponds and basins. <br />The meeting will consist of a short presentation followed by a question and answer (Q & A) session, to <br />include an optional "walk and learn" with City and Stantec Staff to gain an insight on the function and <br />maintenance regarding the Silver View storm water pond. <br />Agenda: <br />5:00 - 5:15 p.m. - Staff Presentation <br />5:15 - 5:45 p.m. — Q & A <br />5:45 - 6:45 p.m. — Walk and Learn with Staff <br />7:00 p.m. Meeting Concludes <br />The intent of this meeting is to acquire further input from the property owners regarding water quality, <br />upland vegetation and additional concerns regarding the pond. If there is inclement weather the meeting <br />will be held at the Mounds View Community Center, 5394 Edgewood Drive. <br />NOTE: The meeting will be held on -site at Silver View Park. Should you choose to participate with the <br />option to physically visit the pond remember to have the appropriate footwear. <br />Staff will have audio equipment present so that all participants will be able to hear. <br />Please contact the Public Works Department, M — F, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., (763) 717-4050 with questions <br />regarding this meeting. <br />
