RESOLUTION NO.9908 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE <br />2023 MOUNDS VIEW CITIZEN OF THE YEAR AWARD <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Citizen of the Year Award recognizes ordinary citizens who <br />have demonstrated initiative to improving the community, whose service or performance exemplifies <br />the spirit of giving back, and who inspire others in their volunteer efforts; and <br />WHEREAS, nominations were solicited from the public and were reviewed by the City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, former Mayor Al Hull was selected and met the criteria outlined in the policy; and <br />WHEREAS, Al Hull has exemplified the courage and determination to follow his values; and <br />WHEREAS, Al Hull contributed a significant amount of time and energy to further community <br />causes and issues; and <br />WHEREAS, Al Hull generated positive results for the community; and <br />WHEREAS, Al Hull contributed his efforts unselfishly, not expecting anything in return. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />present the 2023 Mounds View Citizen of the Year Award to Al Hull, in sincere gratitude and <br />appreciation for his efforts as a Mounds View role model. <br />Adopted this 22"d day o pril, 2024. <br />Za ' /06-6, M or heresa M.
