OTHER INSPECTIONS / PLANNING FEES <br /> <br />Applicants are responsible for all costs incurred associated with the filing, review and <br />processing of development applications. Such fees are to be paid in escrow up front or upon <br />receipt of statement from the City of Mounds View. Fees may include but are not limited to <br />costs for consultants retained by the City, consultant planning services, attorney, and <br />engineer fees. A deposit may also be required to cover costs of public notices, materials and <br />staff time spent in the review, research or preparation of materials associated with this <br />application. The applicant shall be responsible for all reasonable incurred costs in excess of <br />the initial deposit amount. Any portion of the deposit not spent or encumbered shall be <br />refunded to the applicant within 30 days after consideration of the application is completed. <br />Payment of park dedication fees is required with subdivision applications. Application fees <br />are not refundable. <br /> <br /> <br />Building Inspections <br />Inspections conducted outside of <br />normal business hours <br />$47/hr. (Minimum charge two hours) <br />Inspections for which no fee is <br />specifically indicated <br />$47/hr. (Minimum charge - one half hour) <br />Reinspection Fees $47/hr. <br />Change of Address $150 <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment $500 <br />Conditional Use Permit (CUP) <br />R-1 to R-2 $150 <br />All other Districts $375 <br />CUP Amendment Same as CUP Fee <br />Contractor Licenses (See Chapter 1001) $50 per Year State License <br />Contractors License Verification Fee $5 per permit (See building procedures) <br />Development/Site Plan Review $375 <br />Housing Inspection Fees (See Chapter 1012) <br />Initial and Follow up Inspection No charge <br />Each Additional Inspection $47/inspection (approved by Resolution 7330) <br />Housing Conversion Fee $200 ($100, if owner completes Absentee Landlord <br />Class or an equivalent) <br />Interim Use Permit (IUP) $375
