LIAISON TO EDA. In the event of the absence of the EDA ex-officio member, a commission <br />member may be appointed by the chairperson to represent the Economic Development <br />Commission at the next regular EDA meeting. <br /> <br />IX. POTENTIAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST. When a potential conflict of interest may exist for <br />commission member or members, the member(s) shall ask to be excused and step down <br />from the commission prior to discussion on that item. <br /> <br />X. SUPPLEMENTARY PUBLICATIONS. All commission members shall receive a copy of the <br />Municipal Code, Chapter 408, as well as other materials as provided by the EDA, Staff or <br />other commission members. <br />
