A summary of the four methods can be found on the city website <br />under Charter Commission documents. For commission and council proposed <br />amendments the commission shall transmit all proposed amendments by <br />printed or electronic delivery to the city clerk in a timely manner, or as <br />required by statute, after commission approval.
