CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mounds View City Council <br />will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the <br />Mounds View City Hall, 2401 Mounds View Boulevard, Mounds View, <br />Minnesota, 55112 to consider a request from Herod Real Estate LLC <br />for approval of an amendment to the Conditional Use Permit to allow <br />auto body work and auto painting on the property. The subject <br />property is located at 2375 Mounds View Boulevard. The property is <br />legally known as: <br />Section 8, T30 R23 part of SW '/4 NELY of Hwy (subject to <br />rds) in Section 8 T30 R23 <br />Anyone wanting to speak about this matter may be heard at this <br />meeting.
