CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mounds View <br />City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, May <br />13, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Mounds View City Hall, <br />2401 Mounds View Boulevard, Mounds View, <br />Minnesota, 55112 to consider a request from Joshua <br />Beach and Cory Shae Beach for preliminary plat <br />approval of Voyageur Subdivision, a subdivision <br />creating two lots form the existing lot at 7900 Sunnyside <br />Road. The properties is legally known as: <br />Lot 103 Spring Lake Park HillView <br />Anyone wanting to speak about this matter may be <br />heard at this meeting.
