Commissioner Long seconded the <br /> motion and it passed unanimously. 6 ayes , <br /> 0 nayes. <br /> ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Commissioner Silvis , <br /> and seconded by Commissioner Starr to <br /> adjourn the meeting.
