Passed 5 ayes , 0 <br /> nayes . <br /> AGENDA ADDITIONS NONE <br /> CHAIRPERSON ' S REPORT Councilmembers Wuori and Quick reported on the <br /> Harstad sub-division proposal and the Barr <br /> Engineering task force . Also, a report was <br /> given on a proposed sewer and water project <br /> along Silver Lake Road between County Road H2 <br /> and Woodcrest Drive . There is a possibility <br /> for the storm water sewer ditch development at <br /> Woodcrest Park . This work could alleviate the <br /> open ditches currently present on the south <br /> and west sides of Woodcrest Park. County Road <br /> I street development was also reviewed . <br /> • <br />
