MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE <br /> PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> • COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> April 21 , 1988 <br /> Mounds View City Hall <br /> Council Chambers <br /> 6: 30 p.m. <br /> CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 7 : 30 p.m. <br /> by Chairperson Wayne Burmeister. <br /> ROLL CALL Commissioners present : Burmeister, Silvis, <br /> Starr, Rowley, Anderson <br /> Councilmembers present : Wuori and Quick <br /> Staff present : Director Saarion <br /> Visitors : Robert Carpenter, Gary Stevenson <br /> • and Rod Melbo <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Commissioner Silvis , <br /> seconded by Commissioner Burmeister to approve <br /> the March 25, 1988 minutes . Passed 5 ayes , 0 <br /> nayes . <br /> AGENDA ADDITIONS NONE <br /> CHAIRPERSON ' S REPORT Councilmembers Wuori and Quick reported on the <br /> Harstad sub-division proposal and the Barr <br /> Engineering task force . Also, a report was <br /> given on a proposed sewer and water project <br /> along Silver Lake Road between County Road H2 <br /> and Woodcrest Drive . There is a possibility <br /> for the storm water sewer ditch development at <br /> Woodcrest Park . This work could alleviate the <br /> open ditches currently present on the south <br /> and west sides of Woodcrest Park. County Road <br /> I street development was also reviewed . <br /> • <br />
