-6- <br /> The Commission suggested that staff <br /> request Ric Minetor to write an article , <br /> for the next City Newsletter on where <br /> the City of Mounds View gets its water. <br /> PARK SECURITY TASK FORCE <br /> Staff reviewed the proposed Park • <br /> Security Task Force, a security plan <br /> which could include lighting , resident <br /> watch committee , speed bumps, 10 mph <br /> speed limits , etc. Once the security <br /> plan is developed it could be <br /> administered by the department and <br /> monitored by the commission. <br /> A motion was made by Chairperson <br /> Burmeister, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Silvis to devote the September <br /> k ecemeeting <br /> to the development of a p <br /> plan. The motion further directed <br /> staff to request representatives from <br /> the police department , City Council and <br /> interested citizens to attendthe <br /> meeting.
