17�Y�JS11I�[�1��►[I�lIci! <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MOUNDS VIEW BOULEVARD CORRIDOR STUDY <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View received a Ramsey County Critical Corridors Pre - <br />Development Planning grant to update the previous Highway 10 Corridor Study for the City of Mounds <br />View; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View contracted with HKGi to facilitate the study process and <br />to develop recommendations for the study area; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View started the study process in January 2024 and completed <br />the study in June 2024; and, <br />WHEREAS, the study process included a community open house and online community <br />engagement platform to collect public input; and, <br />WHEREAS, recommendations from the study include goals and identify projects or initiatives <br />the City of Mounds View could undertake to improve the corridor within the categories of aesthetic <br />improvements, connectivity improvements, and economic development improvements; and, <br />WHEREAS, the study's recommendations are intended to be used as a guiding document to <br />inform future investments or reinvestment/redevelopment along the Mounds View Boulevard Corridor. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINRESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />acknowledges the study's findings and recommendations and does hereby approve the study as a guiding <br />document. <br />Adopted this 10"' day of June, 2024. <br />Zach Lindstrom, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />
