Q J-TURNS <br />Two J-turns will be strategically implemented at Spring Lake Road and Groveland Road to improve efficiency and reduce <br />the risk of accidents. This is an effort led by Ramsey County who is leading the project. The installation of J-turns will <br />minimize traffic congestion, reduce the potential for high-speed collisions, and enhance overall intersection safety. <br />installed based on final design. <br />Figure 15.
