Park and Recreation Commission Meeting Minutes <br />February 28, 2002 <br />Roll Call: Coughlin, Szczepanski, Silvis, Kroeger, Long, Dazenski, Lee, Roepke, <br />Pothen, Kunz, Gunn <br />Absent: Kahn <br />Meeting Called to order: Coughlin <br />Approval of the January 23, 2002 minutes: <br />Silvis 2"d the approval of the November 28, 2001 meeting minutes <br />Item 3C,'/4" pipe should be quarter <br />Item 3C, "Coughlin asked for thought from the commission". Thought <br />should be thoughts. <br />Coughlin motioned to approve amended minutes <br />Motioned to approve as amended by Long <br />2"d by: Szczepanski <br />NOTE: The Park and Rec Commission Meeting was not televised, only audio was <br />received. <br />Recommend to the city Council that the Greenfield Park baseball field be secured and to <br />set the deposit for keys to the field at the standard $50.00. <br />Motioned: Szczepanski <br />2"a by: Silvis <br />Motion unanimously passed. <br />Direct YMCA/City Staff to contact Edgewood School and/or the school district, <br />requesting that they perform the maintenance on the upper baseball field(s).
