Unfinished Business:

Greenfield Park Play Equipment -
It is anticipated that the playground equipment will be delivered and installed in May of 2005.
There is nothing new to report at this time.

Groveland Park Building Replacement. –
TKDA has completed a draft SITE Plan and BUILDING Plan.
SITE PLAN
Steve Dazenski discussed the orientation of the building. He explained that rotating it 30 degrees to make it parallel with street may make it look more like a residential home and not
a park building.
Dazenski also explained that the windows are small, so orientating to the south to maximize the southern exposure will not be much of a benefit.
Dale Aukee expressed a desire to have the front of the building orientated to the street. – to increase the symmetry .
Cindy Palm thought that the proposed orientation was OK.
David Long was satisfied with Steve’s recommendation (the proposed orientation).
Jerry Kunz likes it squared up with the street.
John Kroeger stated that there are several issues to consider; trees, utilities…Cost should be a consideration

Motion to accept the site plan with the orientation of the Groveland Park Building as proposed:
Motion made by Kroeger
2nd: Palm
