<br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 750 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING EXCESS HIGHWAY AND UTILITY EASEMENTS <br />ASSOCIATED WITH THE PLAT OF HIDDEN HOLLOW <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City of Mounds View to vacate easements <br />originally granted to the City for utility and highway purposes, all legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Easement A: A highway and utility easement over, under and across the south thirty feet <br />of Lot 38, Knollwood Park, recorded as Document No. 512047. <br /> <br />Easement B: A highway and utility easement over, under, above and across the south <br />thirty feet of Lot 35, Knollwood Park, recorded as Document No. 507993. <br /> <br />Easement C: A highway and utility easement over, under, above and across the south <br />thirty feet of Lot 34, Knollwood Park, recorded as Document No. 504509. <br /> <br />Easement D: A five foot utility easement across Lot 34, Knollwood Park, approximately <br />160 feet from rear lot line, listed as a recital on Certificate of Title <br />No. 117202. <br /> <br />Easement E: A five foot strip of land along rear line for public utility use, which covers all <br />of Lot 40 and the east half of the South 438 feet of Lot 39, Knollwood Park, <br />listed as a recital on Certificate of Title No. 332013. <br /> <br />Easement F: Easement as shown on plans for City of Mounds View Improvement Project <br />1966-3 SCH A, sheet 17 and 18 of 22. The east twenty feet of Lot 36 and the <br />west fifteen feet of Lot 35 and the south thirty feet of Lots 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, <br />39 and 40, Knollwood Park <br /> <br />Easement G: A highway and utility easement over, under, above and across the south <br />thirty feet of Lots 39 and 40, Knollwood Park, recorded as Doc. No. 500934: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that the above-described utility and highway easements, <br />as shown on attached Exhibit A, no longer serve a public purpose and it is in the public interest to <br />vacate such unneeded utility and highway easements. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City of Mounds View Municipal Code Appendix D is hereby amended to include <br />reference to the following Special Ordinance No. 750.
