ORDINANCE 764 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REZONING OF THE MEDTRONIC CRM <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (I-1) TO PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT (PUD) <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Appendix A of the Mounds View Municipal Code entitled “Specific Rezonings” <br />is hereby amended to include reference to the following Ordinance 764. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Purpose. The Mounds View City Council has determined that to <br />further economic development and organized land use controls that the present zoning <br />classification of certain parcels should be reclassified to be consistent with the Mounds View <br />Zoning Code and the proposed Mounds View Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 2. The Mounds View Planning Comm ission and City Council have <br />determined that there would be no adverse effects to adjoining properties resulting from the <br />rezoning and that the rezoning would not be detrimental to the community at large. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 3. Accordingly, the Mounds View City Council approves the rezoning <br />and directs that the City’s official Zoning Map and the zoning classification for the following <br />described parcel be amended as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />Parcel Legal Description <br />Existing Zoning <br />Designation <br />New Zoning <br />Designation <br />Refer to Exhibit A I-1 PUD <br /> <br />and as shown on the map attached Exhibit B. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
