Ordinance No. xxx <br />Page 4 <br />(7) Accessory dwelling units with an exterior entrance different than the single- <br />family home's shall have a different address (such as, 2401-A). Addressing shall be <br />compliant with §§ 150.020 through 150.022 of this code of ordinances; <br />(8) If the mailbox post is owned and maintained by the city, then the property <br />owner shall reimburse the city for any alterations or replacement; and <br />(9) The property owner is responsible for additional quarterly utility fees upon <br />creation of an accessory dwelling unit, to include the following: sewer service charge; <br />surface water management utility fee; and street lighting utility fee. <br />SECTION 3. In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City staff shall have the <br />following summary printed in the official City newspaper in lieu of the complete ordinance: <br />On , 2023, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. by <br />amending Title XV, Land Usage, Chapter 160, Zoning, Section 160.087 related to <br />Home Occupations. Only cosmetic corrections related to numbering and lettering <br />of this section were made. <br />A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection during regular business <br />hours at Mounds View City Hall and is available on line at the City's web site <br />located at www.ci.mounds-view.mn.us. <br />SECTION 4.
