RESOLUTION NO. 9959 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FOR ALEXIS BOSTROM WORKING <br />IN HIGHER CLASSIFICATION <br />WHEREAS, Alexis Bostrom has agreed to work overtime during the Police <br />Records/Evidence Technicians eight (8) week absence, in order to cover the higher classification <br />job's priority responsibilities, while maintaining her own job duties as the Police Administrative <br />Assistant; and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Bostrom has taken on the additional job responsibilities effective July 1, <br />2024; and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Bostrom is willing to work extended hours to cover both positions to keep <br />the department fully functioning until the return of the Police Records/Evidence Technician. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council approves: <br />1. Authorizing additional compensation for Alexis Bostrom working in a higher job <br />classification until the return of the Police Records/Evidence Technician, anticipated <br />to be an eight -week leave. <br />2. Ms. Bostrom's wage will increase to Grade 5, Step 4 of the Police Records/Evidence <br />Technician Pay Plan. <br />3.
