The study <br />looked at the Mounds View Square site as well as the adjacent <br />Sunrise Methodist Church site east of Long Lake Road. The <br />Mounds View Square Redevelopment study outlined the goals <br />of potential future redevelopment, a summary of the market <br />findings, preliminary concepts, community engagement <br />feedback, and the overall preferred findings. <br />A DESIGN THEME FOR HIGHWAY 10DECEMBER 1998 <br />This plan focused on creating landscaping, streetscape, and <br />signage improvements around key intersections on the <br />corridor with specific branding segments of the corridor based <br />on the natural landscape characteristics of the surrounding <br />area. While this plan provided ideas on streetscape <br />improvements and associated costs, the new plan will <br />update those design ideas based on current conditions and <br />opportunities and re-evaluate the capital and maintenance <br />costs associated with the updated improvements.
